All products available on Artzen Media, including but not limited to sound effects, MOGRTs, LUTs, presets, and related assets, are digital-only products delivered electronically. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
Some products may be offered free of charge. Paid and free products are both subject to these Terms unless stated otherwise.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
2.1 All sales are final.
2.2 Due to the digital nature of the products, Artzen Media does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
2.3 By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.
2.4 Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted without prior contact may result in revoked access to purchased products.
3.1 Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for personal and commercial purposes, including client work.
3.2 You may not:
– Resell the products in any form
– Redistribute or share the files with third parties
– Include the products in templates, packs, or derivative products for distribution or sale
– Upload the files to any platform for public or private sharing
– Use the products for NFTs, blockchain-based assets, or similar technologies
– Claim ownership of the products or represent them as your own
3.3 Each license is granted to a single individual or legal entity only.
4. Product Access & Delivery
4.1 After successful checkout, your download link will be delivered instantly via email.
4.2 Purchases include lifetime access to the downloaded files.
4.3 You are responsible for downloading, storing, and backing up your files. Artzen Media is not responsible for lost files due to user error, device failure, or email access issues.
4.4 Download limits may apply. If you encounter issues accessing your files, contact hello@artzenmedia.com for assistance.
5.1 Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
5.2 Some products are designed for specific software, including but not limited to Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro.
5.3 Ensuring compatibility with your software, system, and workflow is solely your responsibility.
6.1 All products remain the intellectual property of Artzen Media.
6.2 Purchasing a product grants a license to use the asset as outlined in Section 3. Ownership of the underlying files and content is not transferred.
7. Privacy & Data Collection
7.1 Artzen Media collects email addresses during checkout for transaction-related communication and optional marketing updates.
7.2 You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
7.3 Customer data is never sold or shared with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Artzen Media is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.
8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artzen Media’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Artzen Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
